With its online Co-Innovation MasterClass the Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance project CORSHIP – ( Corporate EDUpreneurship – Benefitting Start-ups, Universities and Corporates across Europe) offers you the possibility to take part in free online education on Co-Innovation related topics and to engage in the project.
As an applicant we would like to inform you about the data processing involved in your application.
In order to facilitate the course the collection and storage of personal data is unavoidable. The protection of your data and the lawful collection, processing, and use of it is therefore a matter of particular concern to us. We would like to inform you about the main issues related to the data processing:

- Collection and storage of personal data:
- The Co-Innovation MasterClass participation: We will process your Name, email address, profession, country of origin and the personal data you share in your CV as well as the content that you provide in the course of your participation in the MasterClass, such as answers (your “Personal Data”). All personal data is collected directly from you. No personal data as defined by Art 14 GDPR will be collected from third parties and linked to the above-mentioned data.
- Purpose of the processing: CORSHIP is a diverse Knowledge Alliance between university, corporate and startup worlds, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The purpose of the Co-Innovation Masterclass is to educate and connect participants from all over the world with different backgrounds providing a hands-on challenge to experience co-innovation first hand.
Your CV is used exclusively for the purpose of selecting suitable participants for the Masterclass. - Recipients of your personal data:

- host provider of the Co-Innovation MasterClass: MOOC.house (see their privacy notice at: https://mooc.house/pages/privacy?locale=en)
- Corship Project partners: FH JOANNEUM GmbH, Haage-Helia of Applied Sciences , University of Economics Krakow, Hasso Plattner Institute, Beta-I, AVL List GmbH, European Startup Network
- In case of audits and checks in connection with the grant: EU and National Grant Agencies, EU Commission, European Anti-Fraud Office, European Court of Auditors and other authorized auditors

- Duration of the processing:
- Your CV will be stored until the end of the Co-Innovation MasterClass in July 2021. Afterwards the data will be discarded.
- Your name, your profession (Student/Start-up/Corporate), your country of origin and the data generated in the Co-Innovation MasterClass will be stored for 7 years as proof that the public grant money received has been used in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
What is the legal basis of the data processing? The processing of your personal information is based on your consent and voluntarily in accordance with Article 6 sub-para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. However, without provisioning it, it will unfortunately not be possible for you to participate in the CORSHIP Masterclass.
In case of the storage of your name, your profession (Student/Start-up/Corporate), your country of origin and the data generated in the Co-Innovation MasterClass the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interests pursued by the controller and by a third parties in accordance with Article 6 sub-para. 1 lit. f GDPR, namely to proof that that the public grant money received has been used in compliance with legal and contractual obligations
You may withdraw your consent to process your Personal Data at any time (see below Rights).
- Rights: You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data;
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- Request that we limit our use and processing of your personal data; and
- Request portability of your personal data.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to process your Personal Data at any time. Once you assert this right, we will not process your Personal Data any longer unless legally required to do so. However, any withdrawal has no effect on past processing up to the point in time of your withdrawal.
Right to Object
You may also object to object to our use and processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. However, we may demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing. In this case we will contact you seperatly.
